Is ClearerPathway free to use?
Your wellbeing is our priority, so we aim to keep ClearerPathway accessible to everyone. To do that the app is free to download and use for individuals managing their NDIS plans.
We may offer premium features in the future that come with a low cost. But our core functionalities – those that you need to manage your plan – will always remain free.
Our goal is to support you without adding any financial burden.
Do I need a support coordinator to use ClearerPathway?
No. The ClearerPathway app is designed to be a free alternative to support those who wish to manage their NDIS plans independently without relying on busy or overburdened support coordinators.
The app also allows you to put more of your funds directly into your own support, rather than into the cost of administration such as hiring support coordinators.
Will the app work for all NDIS participants?
Yes, it can work for any NDIS participant. But it works best for individuals with NDIS plans (or their family members or nominees) who want to manage plans independently and are looking for guidance on how to navigate the complexities of the system.
